Townsend Hall brings extensive experience in luxury residential construction, infrastructure development, and real estate development to Palisades Equity Partners. A licensed general contractor and custom home builder, he has led projects from acquisition and feasibility through construction, collaborating with architects, engineers, consultants, and trade partners to deliver high-quality developments.
His background spans luxury homes, large-scale residential communities, and civil infrastructure projects, providing deep expertise in budgeting, scheduling, entitlement strategy, value engineering, constructability, and construction management.
At Palisades Equity Partners, Townsend helps lead the firm's development and construction activities across residential and hospitality investments. He is involved from project evaluation and feasibility through preconstruction, design coordination, budgeting, and execution, bringing a practical perspective that aligns investment objectives with disciplined project delivery.
Townsend has a strong understanding of luxury residential markets in Pacific Palisades and West Los Angeles, along with experience in Colorado, Montana, and New England.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, the outdoors, travel, athletics, and architecture.
